I’ve booked these guys twice and both times they did an amazingly professional job. The first time was for a heavy TV removal and the second time was to remove furniture from my Dad’s apartment. Both times, the crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job taking everything out to be disposed. I’d highly recommend them over any other cleanout company.

These guys did a terrific job cleaning out a family member’s apartment. They showed up on time and did exactly what they promised. We used J&M for a clean out of my Mom’s apartment 3 years ago and they did an excellent job from start to finish! So of course, we called them to do our garage clean out. John Sr. called us back immediately after we left a message, and was able to give us a free estimate the same day. He sent a crew out to do the job the next morning. We were given a very fair price, his crew, which was supervised by his son John Jr., were on time, worked very hard and were extremely efficient. They kept us updated every step of the way. Everything was cleaned out, broom swept, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend J&M Cleanouts to everyone!

Excellent service. I highly recommend J&M Cleanouts, a family run business with attention to the client’s needs. John’s communication from first contact to completion was beyond expectations. The crew was respectful, courteous and careful. I hired J&M to clean out an estate. The basement was full of 50yrs worth of loose junk spread across the room. They left the house broom clean. They swept the alleyway and front sidewalk before they left.
If you need a clean out, John at J&M is the person to call.
